Terms of Service

1. The Service

Snimix turns product pages and product photos into short AI-generated video advertisements. You submit a product link or your own materials, choose options, and the Service generates a video ad you can download and use.

2. Accounts

You can use parts of the Service as a guest or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the links, photos and text you submit. By submitting them you grant us a limited license to process, store and transform them as needed to operate the Service (including sending them to the AI model providers that generate your ads).

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the materials you submit — in particular, that you are entitled to use the product listing, images and trademarks involved — and that your submissions do not violate any law or third-party right.

4. Generated ads

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the video ads generated for you for any lawful commercial purpose. AI generation is probabilistic: similar inputs from other users may produce similar outputs, and we cannot guarantee that generated content is unique.

You are solely responsible for how you use generated ads, including compliance with advertising platform policies, marketplace rules, consumer-protection and advertising law in your market.

5. Tokens and payments

Paid features are billed in prepaid tokens. Prices, token amounts and what a generation costs are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; your contract for the payment transaction is with them.

Tokens are a prepaid service credit: they have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for money. Because generation costs are incurred when compute is consumed, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or the Service failed to deliver a paid generation — in that case contact us and we will restore the tokens or refund the purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to create ads that are unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that promote prohibited goods;
• submit content you have no right to use;
• probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or access it by automated means outside the documented interfaces;
• reverse engineer the Service or resell it without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design and brand — is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Snimix name or logos.

8. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third-party sites and services (product marketplaces, payment providers, ad platforms). We are not responsible for their content or policies; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that generation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or from your use of generated ads in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service; unused paid tokens will be refunded if we discontinue the Service entirely.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date; material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country applies. Questions about these Terms: [email protected].
